Hello Rick,
I just want to say thank you for working on my Purple Heart frame. When you unwrapped the frame I was speechless. This Purple Heart defines who I am as a person. I earned this I'm Iraq in 2007 at 20 years old and 14 years later I can really appreciate my Purple Heart.
This award sat in a backpack for 14 years. NOW I show it off everywhere I go. Thank you so much for your work.

I recently did business with Rick at the Gallery. He is in Georgia and I am in California. I was worried about the frame quality since I could not just walk into his site and see how he would do the job. I was also worried about shipping and the cost of shipping.
Happily, I was sent a beautiful job. My print has taken on the personality that I wanted it to have. The way he had packaged the frame, in its own protected box, was more than I expected. He told me how to remove the packaging and I followed his instructions to the letter. The frame was cut perfectly and the wood is high quality. I will recommend him highly and would do business with him again.

I recently ordered a Larson-Juhl frame from you and mat. I want to let you know it arrived safely (very well-packed) and I have the piece hanging in the framing now. It is beautiful! I uploaded a photo of my artwork to the Larson-Juhl website and "tried it out" on the mat and frame. The finished product is very close to the internet work-up of what it would look like. I had never done this before and had my doubts about doing something on the internet, not being able to see it in person. But I am very pleased with the results. Thanks so much for your help.

I recently was searching for a frame for a painting I was having made. The frame shop across the street from me, and who I have been doing business for years, wanted $2200 for a custom frame, and about a month completion time. I searched the internet and came across "The Gallery at Brookwood" and after a couple of emails, Rick Smith quoted me a price of $940. It took a week to complete and was at my doorstep in a well packaged box in perfect condition. I can guarantee that I will be doing business with Rick again and not the framers across the street.

I found the Gallery at Brookwood online. My local framer no longer used the framing material that I wanted, so I looked for it online. After talking with Rick, and reading the glowing reviews, I decided to take the plunge. The print I was having framed needed to be framed as a matching print to one that I had already had done, which in many ways made it easier. A part of me was still hesitant, but I figured that all of the reviews couldn't be that wrong.

Good choice on my part. Rick's expertise is amazing, his price was reasonable, his turn around quick.........and his packing FANTASTIC. You have no worries about the quality of his work or the safety of your article. (But you may need help getting it out of the packing!!)

Having been unable to find a match to a desired frame at our local Frame shop, I went on the internet and found the Gallery At Brookwood. After sending them pictures of the desired frame, they were able to identify them and place our order. The Gallery was very thorough requesting all needed measurements and verifying that we were satisfied with the order before proceeding. Notification was sent to us along with the tracking number when the frame left the Gallery. It arrived as scheduled and was packed for a demolition ride. There was very little doubt in my mind it could have been damaged.

The frame is beautiful and matches our others almost exactly. We are thrilled with the service and quality of their products. They come highly recommended.
